The Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic provides individual and group speech, language, and hearing services to clients of all ages. Services are provided by graduate students in the Speech-Language Pathology Department under the direct supervision of clinical faculty and professional staff members who are licensed by New York State and hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
State-of-the-art equipment is available to aid in the diagnosis and remediation of a variety of disorders, including articulation and phonological disorders; language impairments in children; aphasia; auditory processing disorders; voice and fluency disorders; and traumatic brain injury. Communication enhancement services are available to non-native speakers of English. Services are free to Buffalo State College faculty, staff and students.
