Prerequisites: Background in anatomy and physiology from BIO 308, HPR 301, or equivalent. Relationship between conditioning performance and injury prevention: techniques and programs designed to stress the importance of body conditioning needed for specific sports, as well as the possible treatment of athletic injuries.
