Buffalo State ensures access to its academic programs, services, and activities on campus to otherwise qualified individuals with disabilities in accordance with guidelines established by the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Section 504, and by the Americans with Disabilities Amendment Act of 2009. Student Accessibility Services provides advocacy and coordinates appropriate accommodations for students with disabilities.
