The Sponsored Programs Administration (SPA) office provides assistance to faculty, staff, and students in identifying federal, state, and private support for research, proposal preparation, fiscal administration of funded grants and contracts, and the completion of financial reports. All grant proposals or requests for funding must be submitted to the funding agencies by the SPA staff.

Externally funded research at the college provides numerous opportunities for graduate and research assistantships.

The SPA office works closely with the Research Foundation for the State University of New York, a nonprofit educational corporation, centrally located in Albany. Please refer to the SPA website for additional tools and guidance.
